At Design a Gig we are committed to offering opportunities for work to young people. We want to help you get that first step on the career ladder that almost every employer is looking for. We have positions available that give you the chance to gain experience alongside studying, or even to be used as a platform to make the step into full-time employment.
We are restructuring our Live Events, and building a team of dedicated Event Managers to help us organise gigs across the city.
You will have a passion for music, and a knowledge of the local music scene. We want all our events to be the must-have tickets every weekend in Manchester – and you will be a vital part of making that happen!
Some experience of running previous events is desired, but not required to apply.
If you wish to apply please send a copy of your CV and a Covering Letter to email@example.com.
We want all our events to be a success for all the artists we work with, help them get their music out to a wider audience, and provide them with a sell-out gig. We’re creating a team of Ticket Reps who will sell tickets online through a system provided by Design a Gig. You’ll be given the opportunity to work on a variety of gigs and events both in and out of Manchester.
This is a great way to earn some extra money without having to commit too much time. If you’re currently studying at college or university, this is the perfect opportunity for you. Plus, you can do everything from the comfort of your own home!
To apply please email a copy of your CV and a short covering letter telling us why you’d be suitable for the role to firstname.lastname@example.org.
We are looking for contributors to our blog! If you have an interest in music and like going to gigs, then this is for you.
We’re building a team of bloggers who will review music and gigs plus will interview bands. It’s a great opportunity for anyone looking to pursue Music Journalism.
If this is of interest, please email email@example.com.
These are all paid roles. Payment will vary depending on the position. The positions are not full-time roles and will instead be done on a freelance basis.
